piaggio NRG (power DT)

Well I've just got a piaggio NRG and i can't change the mirror. I've taken off the rubber cap and can't turn the nuts with allen key is there something else that i should do first?

P.S I know this is a really beginner question...but hey i am a beginner, and everyones gotta learn somehow right?

FORCE IT REALLY HARD IN A ANTICLOCKWISE DIRECTION

it may feel like it will snap, it wont, just be really hard, then should unscrew easy.

Yes they can get stuck.

Another tip is actually push the mirror arm at the end anti-clockwise as this gives more leverage and in most cases loosen the allen bolt too.

Or use the allen key with a bar slid over the end of the allen key to give more leverage, maybe spray some WD40 around the bolt first.

With the NRG mirrors water gets in the top and basically seizes it over time.
