Personally I prefer to buy my bike clothing in person.

I'm not a "standard" size, so I think it's better to be able to try stuff on first. I can't be bothered with all the hassle of returning it if it's not right!

Besides which, shopping is fun Thumbs Up and shopping for bike stuff is even more fun. Very Happy

Zip - try clothes on in shops, you want it, you go online and you buy it. You save ~£20

Thus allowing you to fritter away your savings on beer/more clothes/bike bits/power tools/girly shoes/strippers.

Whatever takes your fancy... Thumbs Up

I think the standard answer is that the best way to do it is to go to the shop. You can't try things on or get immediate (reliable) advice if you're shopping online. Cheap just depends on how cheap. HG do do Cordura trousers into which armour can be fitted for £50 I think.

Heine Gericke staff have been the best from any bike shop I've been into as well. Big up the HG Sheffield. Thumbs Up

Of course, there's always Ebay! Smile

https://www.hein-gericke.com/hg-shop/eurobike/eb_frameset.php

Try them first though obviously, fit is VERY important, ill fitting gear will not do you much good at all Sad

Mine is nottingham, they were amazeingly helpfull, never seen anything like it, reasonably priced gear and its bloody good stuff... been useing my two piece textile gear for two and a bit bit years more or less every day and they are still going to be good for another two easy...

try going to j+s accessories website and see if there's a shop near you. it really is better to try them on first.

but for online clothes try,
MandP, or busters, or hein gericke, thebigbikebook. Very Happy

Surprised no-one mentioned eBay. I got 2 piece leathers off it, trousers not even broken in, for £20

(admittedly trousers are a bit tight)
