I can't imagine that the performance of your bike is up to much, as your using a kmx125 expansion chamber. Does it feel a bit flat or unwilling to rev at all?

goes well Mr. Green

wheelies in 2nd gear on the throttle and 3rd if you get it right.

Yeah they do wheelie really well dont they! i never got chance to have alot of fun on my down geared 200 before i broke it, but at 24'000miles it was waiting to happen anyway. Ive just had a look at your pics again, and you pipe still looks like a kmx125 one to me? The front pipe has a stepped diameter on the upwards taper, and that is the same as on the kmx125 models. All the 200's i have seen have had a pipe thats smooth without the step if you see what i mean. You never know it might run really well with the 125 pipe, but i do know that the pipes are not the same between the 125 and the 200.
BTW did you get as far as doing any tuning in the end? Im waiting to hear the results of a guy who is fitting a KDX200 piston and expansion chamber to his kmx, which already has a 30mm carb, KX silencer and Boyesen RAD valve fitted.
