i've just got my bike back from having a arrow system, rejeted up and deristricted and now its fast as F...! It will do 0-60 in 5 seconds no problem but will still do only 80mph top end. I think my bike is a import aswell, do imports have a cdi restrictor on them to keep the top end down because i cant think of anything else to do to make it go 100mph!

Have you taken out the air intake restrictor??

Have a look at this site, and follow the instructions. Its simple but will make a world of difference.

Do you get to 80mph at the redline?

With mine, it sits at 80 for about 1/2 a mile, then starts creeping up again. I'm not quite sure why it does this. The only thing I can think of is that the carb slide doesn't open up fully on full throttle. I'll tighten the throttle cable and see if the slide travels further when I get chance.
