Rural and Urban Training Scheme LTD – (RUTS)


Using motorcycles as a focus, RUTS provides groupwork and individual programmes for young people.

Full Time Project Manager 35 hours per week (£23,739 – £25,857 pro rata)

Responsible for the day to day running of the project, the manager will be a dynamic and innovative person, with a proven track record of income generation and management of a small team.

Experience of Youth Work is essential to the post as is a full clean driving licence.

Qualification in Youth Work, Social Work or Education desirable but not essential.

Full Time Project Worker 35 hours per week AP3 (£17,853 - £19,590 pro rata) To develop and deliver groupwork programmes for young people,

previous experience and a clean current driving licence essential. Off-road motorcycle training provided.

The successful applicants for both posts will be subject to a Disclosure Scotland check.

Closing date: 25/02/05.
