Do you want carbon fibre or fake carbon effect stickers?

The latter can be got from many places selling typical tarty-stuff and easily cut with scissors or a scapal.

Takes ages to cut through carbon, you ideally need a cnc machine or a pantograph for big runs.
One offs can be done with a dremel and respirator, rubber gloves, but its nasty stuff and really itchy.

Try contacting Ian at Rage Composites. He we make up custom stuff for the right cash. The site doesn't work in firefox only in IE. If Ian can't I know someone who works for BAE systems who might be able to help you.

Hi

Raw carbon sheeting should be easy enough to cut, but is next to useless until it is all shaped and baked at which point you will have great difficulty trimming it down. High speed "drill" with a diamond cutting disk will do it OK, but as mentioned above use something to avoid breathing in the dust.

All the best

Keith

The sticky sheets are not carbon.

Real CF sheets is like glass fibre, and comes either preimpregnated with resin or you dope it with resin. Then you stick it in a mould and suck out the excess resin (vacuum bag) and cook it, resulting in a very tough and light moulding, which is very diffucult to cut.

All the best

You have managed to contradict yourself there.
