There are two breather pipes that point upwards on either side of the carb, these should have 2 seperate pipes coming off which poke down into holes in the plastic board that holds the RC Servo and wiring.
The oil pipe definitely goes into the left side of the carb as Mr Jamez has pointed out. As for the pipe above the gear lever, I'm not sure exactly which one you are referring to. There is one that comes out of the alternator area along with some wires, that just comes up with the wiring and goes down through the plastic board again, it's just a breather pipe.
There is another pipe, a blue one which is thicker than the rest, that one goes into the airbox (there will be an obvious pipe to conect it to). This pipe allows any spilled fuel from the petrol tank to drip out of the bottom of the bike. ____________________ Current bike: VTR1000F Firestorm.
