I always assumed that dealers were a rip off after seeing bills from people like peugoet and ford when my dad has had his car done

so ive usually avoided them.

but this time after a particauly long wait from a independant bike shop, unhelpful and genrally feelin that they were takin the piss out of me when ever i rang up to see if it was ready

so i convinced my dad to drive me to the kawasaki dealers and had a chat with them about poss causes

they were so polite and helpful, the general feel of it all was nice

PLUS they picked my bike up at 10 and were finished at 12:30, and it wasnt too pricey

im a dealer convert

Big shops are quite happy to help you when you're wanting to give them your money, once they've got your money then thats when they're not interested in helping you.

Good and bad dealerships, good and bad independents... find a good one and stick with it, I say.
