As some may know, i have not had working headlight or rear light on my bike for a while, and as such was limited to daylight only riding.
However seeing as next week it will be dark when i leave for work in the mornings, i decided i had to do something.
I had always asumed it was the fuse that had led to both my headlamp and rear light not working (brake light still worked) and was not enthusiastic about leaving my bike into be serviced by a local (nit very good) dealer.
So i put it off and put it off, until now. I took my bike down to my mates house, and we attacked it with tools. On removing the seat, i was confronted with a vast array of nothing, "hmm" i thaught, maybe the fuses are under the tank display panel thing, but on removal of this, the fuse remained elusive.
By now a collection of local brat kids had gathered and were pestering us relentlessly. The threat of physical violence did not deter them, so i said if they fcuked off they could get a spin on her later (AS IF!!!)
My mate then had the bright idea of checking the bulb terminals with a multimeter, and hey presto, power! So the fuse wasnt blowm, just every bulb on the bike!?
Anyway, I still havent found the fuses in case i need to in future, does anybody know where they might be?

On a 125 there may only be one fuse. It would be on the thinner red wire coming off the battery positive usually, often an inline one.
Cascade bulb failure. Haven't had one of them since I had my russian 125 with AC lighting
If they do it again, you really need to get your multimeter out and check the charging voltage, the zenna diode in your voltage regulator could be shot. ____________________ “Rule one: Always stick around for one more drink.
