I have a bottle of brake fluid I've had for nearly 2 years. It's still sealed as I never got round to using it. But now I need it. Would it still be ok to use or would I be better to buy new stuff?

I'd use it.

Its sealed, its fine. The stuff doesn't really age, seeing as the stuff in my car is four years old and still working.

Hi

Personally yes I would use it. I have heard people say that it can absorb water through the bottle, but I am very dubious about that.

All the best

Keith
