What do you guys read?

Ive read a couple of issues of ride, got an old superbike magazine and just bought UBG. Not sure what i think of Ride yet.

Im after something less about new bikes and more about trick bits i guess as i cant afford a k4 Gixxer or fireblade Embarassed

Now I read 'Performance Bikes'.

Superbike and TWO....
Sometimes push the boat out and get Fast Bikes too...

Dunno, it's usually the same crap in each one. Got to admit tho, I like TWO. Good mag.. Thumbs Up

Only one thing I don't like is that Harriet something Evil or Very Mad ....She is one ugly, annoying chick... She writes for them, if you've ever seen her on Men and Motors, you'll know why! Laughing

I picked up a copy of TWO for the first time the other day and I was very impressed.

I've been reading Superbike since before I started riding so I still usually pick that up. If there's something good in PB or FB I might get one of them instead.

Ive got a subscription with BIKE magazine. Has to be the best.

Great mag, mature content unlike some other bike mags.
Good mix of topics.

Ive picked up a couple copies of TWO now and then, generally quite good.

theyre all just a bunch of twats who think they can ride fast coz they get their knee down, i liked it when one of the 'fast riders; who writes for TWO went into a race and came second to last.
i kinda like TWO amnd ride is probly my fav, not a huge fan of any though to be honest.

BIKE, RiDE & TWO are always mechanically helpful, but i like the style and conservative style of journalism in Bike. Was reading Bike before even considering riding.

I don't buy any of them regularly, only where there's something particularly interesting.

RiDE's probably the favourite, mostly cos ppl off the forum are always getting in it. Laughing

Yer, same here. Been buying Bike Trader's recently when I was considering selling my bike, but I also have a few MCNs and a What Bike? around too.

Hi

Used to buy pretty much all of them. Now just buy them when I am bored or spot something in there that I want to read. As such if they have wrapped it up in a plastic bag on the shop shelf I tend to not know what is in that issue so tend not to buy it.

If I do buy a copy it tends to be Ride or Bike. But doing quite well at the moment as my father is buying them then passing them to me. Motorcycle Mechanics is quite good, dealing in older bikes mainly.

PB used to be a good magazine, then seemed to get proud of how many bikes they had written off. They used to be quite technical but since John Robinson has died that seems to no longer be the case.

All the best

Keith
