Hi - Yerterday when i was mucking about with my alarm i managed to totally shag one of the cables. Theres only a few threads soldered to the back of the ignition now Embarassed

I tried to touch the wire to the black of the ignition but it still wouldnt work, so im thinking maybe a fuse has gone somewhere because it short circuited when my dad dropped some solder between two terminals on the back. Anybody any ideas where the fuseboard is on an NSR?

There is only one fuse, on the + side of the battery, take off the seat and it will be in a little plastic enclosure next to it. 15amp is the correct rating.

Top future reference tip, take the tank off when waveing soldering irons arround the bike... take the battery off when proding electrics on the bike... (idealy do tinking nowhere near the bike)

Hope you get it all fixed and it turns out to be just the fuse Thumbs Up
