I, i just bought an arrow exhaust off ebay for £65 thinking that it would make my bike sound a lot nicer than the 50cc screaming sound, but to my horror then arrow can makes the bike sound a shit load worse!!

Is it supposed to sound like this!?!?!?!?!??!!?

I think i have wasted a load of money on this thing and will have to return it now!

Anyone just confirm that theirs also sounds very loud and that just so i can see if it is a problem with mine or if it is normal.

Thanks

What did you want it to sound like? a big 600 single?? And you can't return anything on ebay unless stated.

Get a video of a 4t and play it at twice the speed, it will sound just like your 2t.

The sound is one of my reasons for returning it...it also says not for road use on it which the seller did not tell me about.

I went to his house to get it and he was very quiet about it, my dad was asking some questions but he was keeping quiet...it was dark too when i got it...if i had seen the not for road use thing i would not have handed the cash over!!

Anyway i am going to get in touch with the seller and see if i can return it...if not then i can sell it. Should go since there is nothing wrong with the exhaust..i was just expecting something completely different.

Just one more q...does the road legal race can also sound like this or would they be more refined due to legal issues??

ive got a GPR 50 with arrow exhaust, the exhaust didnt fit and had to be bent, which cause it to snap just after the expansion chamber, it was £170 although its under warranty so i can get a new one, it sounded good and gave a noticable power increase as well as letting it rev much higher,
