I was just wondering is there anywhere which you can put in your post code and it'll come up with crime rates of theft or other offenses which is likely to boost your insurance premiums?

This thread has postcode insurance ratings.

Offenses, don't believe there is a site listing how much difference offences affect your insurance and don't think there is any groups of the codes for points given, its down to each insurance company AFAIK. All will affect your premium dependant on how serious it is, three points doesn't make too much difference and from what I've read on here they dislike people who've been done for being on the roads without insurance. What've you been done for?

Try https://www.upmystreet.com/
Doesn't list specific bike stats though, just motoring.
Enter the postcode, press GO! then scroll down for the results.

Hate to give you the bad news, but the * is an instruction for the insurance sales person to laugh at you down the phone.
