There is no such thing as a 'best 125' to be honest.

Its pretty down to what you need a bike to do and which one you like the looks of. Personally, I love the RS125. Its a gorgeous bike to ride, looks the part and certainly moves fast enough, but its not ideal for commuting, so I bought a CG as a run around.

If you need something to use day in day out, is friendly on petrol and almost no maintenance at all, you'll have to go with a 4 stroke. For all out screaming fast fun, you need a 2 stroke. But they drink petrol and expensive oil, dont really like short journeys or cold weather. More of a fun bike you could say.

RS & Mito are par on performance, so its pretty much which one you prefer the look of and can afford etc.

Similarly, the XTC (the 4 stroke model) and CBR are on par too. Both are quite expensive bikes to buy in the first place but have good fuel economy and minimal maintenance. Plus side to these is the fact they dont need warming up, just start the bike and go. No worrying about getting the bike to temperature or risking a seizure.

Personally, I love the RS, so I voted for it, but you've picked very different bikes designed for very different things.

For fast fun, 2 stroke. For minimal maintenance and excellent reliability, you'll want a 4. (Not saying 2 strokes are unreliable as I've never had any problems with mine, but in the wrong hands, they wont last long at all.)

I'd vote for NSR as I've got one and haven't ridden the others Wink

Two completely different bikes. I meant I would have voted for the NSR if it was on the list. I can't judge on the others.

I love the TZR just because its mine, all down to personal choice really.

But if i didnt i would choose the xtc, it looks light and 'nifty'.
