If you attach it then it saves the bandwidth of whoever's site it is, and also eliminates the risk of it being taken down.

UpOnOne.com is specifically for that purpose and presumably has the bandwidth to cope, whereas all that's happening is that the hosting and bandwidth burden is moved here instead.

They even include "Link to this video" functions!

Why are you slating CaptainBlue?

I completely agree with him Confused Why bother downloading the uponone attatchment, then upload it to BCF... ? It's a waste of time/bandwidth!

Uponone is a video site, thus they pay for hosting videos...

Why upload them here??? They even provide a "link to this video" as stated before, if the video is /that/ good to be posted here just stick the link in and stop wasting BCF bandwidth when it's not neccessary!!!!!!!!!!!
