Suspect they will. Check the section at the front of the side pieces of the fairing. Early ones go round to the front, slightly later ones end just in front of the indicators, cut off at about 45 degrees.
Suspect that a complete slightly later fairing would still fit, but not sure.
Also worth noting that there are loads of parallel import Aprilia RS125s around and the dates these are given on their registration papers can be quite random.
