How do you mean "sticking", have you got a motorised powervalve kit on it?

If you havent, then I think you may be getting confused. The powervalve doesnt move, it is just pinned in place, so dont know what you mean.

To clean it, on the right hand side of the barrel (as you sit on it) towards the front of the engine, there is a round metal cap with an allenn key holding it on, take that off, there is also one in the same place, but on the other side of the barrel, this is also held on by a nut.
Take both caps of. On the right hand side (once cap is removed) there is another allen key bolt. Unscrew this the whole valve should then pull out. You can then proceed to clean the whole valve using parrafin, or WD40 etc.

Any problems, then e-mail me.

Just read over your original post, and realised that you didnt actually ask me how to take it apart! So my last post was kinda pointless!

Just use parrafin and a wire brush, this worked on my TZR
