Right well, when I came off my bike it has cracked the radiator as the mounting has been bent, it isnt a huge crack but isnt in the easiest of places, how can it be repaired? Are there any easy ways that I could do? Idealy I dont want to replace it as I dont want to spend too much money on this bike. If i cleaned the surface and used a soldering iron or blow torch and some solder do you think this would repair it properly and stop it leaking? Its made of aluminium. I have attached a picture below although it isnt much use. Any help appreciated.

not the best picture but I would suggest that it could be brazed. take it to your local metal shop and sling em a fiver..

Don't think solder will cut it personally.

You could try solder, it will either work or it wont.

If you can find someone who is really shit-hot with a TIG welder, they might be able to seal it up.

The other thing to try is lumiweld (epoxy metal). That stuff constantly amazes me by the mechanical stress it will cope with.

Also, any idea what a new one would cost?
