Sounds to me like there is a break in the circuit to the back bulb somewhere. The most likley culprits are rust on the bulb holder or rust where the flasher earths (usually where it bolts onto the frame)
Emery paper, WD40 and a little elbow grease applied to the corroded parts should sort it.
Could also be that the wires attaching to the bulb holder have corroded either inside the holder or where they pass through the frame. ____________________ “Rule one: Always stick around for one more drink. That's when things happen. That's when you find out everything you want to know.”
I did the 2010 Round Britain Rally on my 350 Bullet. 89 landmarks, 3 months, 9,500 miles. |

Your low on blinker fluid
Mine seem to have sorted themselves out, I think it may have been that I had a low battery, and the only time I could check they were flashing correctly was at low speeds so they wernt geting their full power.
Jim, You say your back one dosent work, and your front one just stays illuminated...
Broken bulb maybe?
Like stinkwheel says, Its probably a shitty terminal connection. My rear left indicator is soildered direct to the live wire because the tab broke off inside the bracket.
