 |

Well you may know my dad was looking for a bike, but he seems to have changed his mind about the type as those tigers and v-stroms etc tend to be expensive.
He says he wants a Virago 535 because he likes that style and wants to be sat upright and hes no speed demon (unlike me )
Weve found a nice one on ebay, but its the 750 version. Basically we are just after a bit of advice because this is only something like 8 hp more and 40kg more than the 535 so that power to weight is pretty much the same. Would you advice waiting for a decent 535 instead, or any other similar bike, or is the 750 pretty good as it is? ____________________ 2004 Aprilia Tuono |

The 535 is a girls bike. Seriously. The XV750 isn't. Buy it. ____________________ Sod falling in love, I wanna fall in chocolate. |

Best bet is to have a look at the Virago Owners Club site here - https://www.vsoc.org.uk/
Also check out ViragoTech and the ViragoTech Forums (click text for links).
I'd take the chance to ask a few questions on there as the Virago models have a few quirks depending on the year and model (e.g. carbs changed for various reasons).
