Hello fellow enthusiasts!

Should anyone be interested, I have organised a 2-stroke dyno day for Saturday 4th June, and a ride-out on the Sunday.

The dyno event is taking place at GT Performance Motorcycles in Plymouth, starting at 8:30am. Unfortunately all the dyno places are already booked, but if you have a 2-stroke and would like to come along just to mingle, then please feel free to join us!

Bikes running on the dyno:

1 x NSR150SP
7 x NSR250/300
1 x TZR250 V-twin
1 x TDR250
1 x RS250
1 x RGV250
1 x RGV c/w NS400/500 motor
Alternate No.1 RG575
Alternate No.2 RD375YPVS
Alternate No.3 RGV250K

Also there on the day, 3 more NSR250's, an HRC RS250, RG575, 2 x RGV250K VJ21's, RGV250R VJ23, RD350LC, BSA Bantam(!), and more!

The Sunday ride-out will be a casual ride (as there are a few new, inexperienced riders attending their first meet) across the edge of Dartmoor up to the North Cornwall coast.

The event is part sponsored by GT Motorcycles and RockOil, and there will be a RockOil technical representative for lubricant advice (and fully laden van for great deals!!!) on hand for the day.

Please drop by the NSR-WORLD.COM Forum for full details and updates.

Best regards to the BCF.

Andy.

Is this just a 2 stroke event as I'd like to tag along? Smile

The event is seriously 2-stroke biased, with a Grey tint! There will however be 2 x VFR400 NC30's, 2 RVF400 NC35's, a CBR400RR NC29, and an RC45 there so far.

If you would like to come along and chat, please feel free. It's a welcoming buch you will meet!

The Sunday ride-out, although a casual affair (the lead bike WILL NOT be breaking ANY speed limit!) the bikes at the back of the pack will have to hustle a bit to keep up! For this reason, anyone wishing to join the ride-out will need to be on a machine capable of a comfortable 80mhp... i.e. something over 125cc - preferably 2-stroke!

Cheers,

Andy.

Will the HRC RS250 be going on the dyno? Very Happy

Wish i still had a stroker, such fun! And the noise Drooling
I was listening to a 500 Krauser sidecar the other day, Fuck me does that sound nice. The engine note is somewhere betwean an RGV and a grand prix car Laughing
