75cc nsr???

The varadero, apparently it will do 80, which is more realisticly 65/70, up a hill who knows... nice to ride, nice and high up, powerdelivery is as flat as a very flat thing, back brake is a bit sharp (so much its un-useable imo) but woefully expensive, nsr will be a better bet... (if you find a goodun)

Pardon? Eh?

Unless you aint from the UK, otherwise fair enough.

If you mean NSR125, top speed will be about 75mph, just like any other 12bhp 125 Shocked

I would guess that he meant that (at least as far as the UK mainland is concerned) there is no 75cc NSR.
