All,

Been wanting to remove my trim (RHS) on the CBR600F1. I have purchased a Haynes manual to assist me, but have a problem when it comes down to removal of the trim clips....How do I do it?

I have attached a piccy to show you where they are!

Doobs.

They should have a crosshead (Phillips) so you tweak them a bit with a screwdriver to raise them, then just pull them out with your fingers.

Don't lose the female bit at the back which it clips into - they sometimes come out when you remove the male bit.

Sometimes they'll just come out by themselves if they're a wee bit shagged.

The ones at the bottom of the fairing may well suck, being all gunged up with road shite. I replaced mine with cable ties for much easier fairing changes. Smile

the clips on my bike are strange. I push the centre pin of the clip and then the clip pulls out, to put the clip back in I remove the centre pin of the clip, slide the female clip into the fairing hole and then slide the pin into the female clip until it clicks into place
