This problem might sort itself out, however.......

got a bit dab handed with the pressure washer today, and since i cleaned my bike the indicators have stopped flashing.

Left and right front and back both work. however they just stay on. I know the moral of the story...dont use the pressure washer!

Will this just go away once the engine has dried? or have i fooked it? My dad said it could be the "relay", this means nothing to me. Where would i find it? what does it look like?

If the back ones are staying on then it would be best to check the connections and bulbs inside the front ones first, or that you havent sprayed water on the terminals and shorted it!

first , check the bulbs power and their contacts
second the relay has a fixed power (on mine it's 20W) if you have not the right power on each bulb (the fixed power is both lights on the same side , mine is 10w front + 10w rear) it will not work properly . despite of this checks if it does not work , change your winker relay , it's not a big job to change
