After my crash and only 3 weeks later the other guys insurance have agreed to pay out the £1800 to have my R6 repaired. Its being done now and should be back with me the middle of next week. Not that I can ride it as my broken collar bone and cracked ribs have not yet healed.

Now we are arguing about the damaged clothing and compensation for the injuries. Expect that will take forever as the insurers are insisting on me visiting a consultant of their choice and inspection of the damaged clothing.

I also have a letter from a yam dealer who sais that the resale value of my bike is less due to the accident and I am going to try to claim that as a loss as well along with the money i have lost for being off work 4 weeks.

Got to admit my solicitor wants to claim for everything including 3rd world debt. As long as I get the bike repaired I am happy. if anymore cash comes my way I wont turn it down.

Anyway, got to pay for the new set of IXS leathers I went out and got this morning.
