Going to the Scottie show on Sunday, hopefully get a few bargains.

I'm really no good at batering and dont 'talk the talk' so im hoping some one can give me some idea of what I should be paying.

Im not after top of the range stuff but not crap either. Im generally going for RIDE best buys/recommended products.

Im hoping to get

Rear paddock stand £15
Full leathers - £120
Touring boots -£50
sports summer gloves - £30
Disk lock - £20
Ladies/pillion lid £40
Ladies/pillion Jacket - £60
Ladies/Pillion gloves - £25

Do you think I'll be able to get stuff for these prices? Can I get em cheaper? ANy tips on getting a good deal?

POssibly, anythings possibly at the show, especially on the sunday when theyre trying to get rid of their stuff.

I'm going on sunday too, but have absolutely no money to sped. Pissed off on that one Sad Evil or Very Mad

Don't know about the FULL leathers though...that might be a tricky one. Who knows!

hey,

last year at the BMF i spotted a new lid i liked and fitted,

did alot of leg work, pitching two different sellers agenst each other
i went into one tent and said the other seller had said he will do the AGv v flyer in St Andrews design for £140, eventually doing this for a good time space i got the lid, and a dark visor for £140, which when i had first going into the tent he had wanted £200 for

so i felt chuffed.

try it it might work..just look really serious...and do lots of awkward umms and long silences.... Very Happy ..works for me anyway..

i think they just wanted rid in the end

Well fingers crossed,

HG are doing last years design now, Tribal i think? for under £200.
Gonna go try some on tommorrow and if i dont get any at the show i'll get those instead. £120 would be nice but i'd prob pay up to £200 for a good set.
Hopfully I can find someone that stocks the lot and negotiate a bigger discount.
