Destriction - problem

I just fitted a Arrow exhaustsystem, but felt the bike was still a little bit underpowered. Therefore I followed the "De-destriction" Guide" on removing the "intake restrictor". My problem is that there were no intake restrictor like on the picture. I have a Norwegian NSR 2001, but it only does about 85 mph...
Where is the restriction???

My friend it is not restricted. you need to do what i did. Firstly get it dyno tested on a rolling road and see where the bike lacks power and then get the carb just right. Also you may need to re-jet the carb.

it is the rc valve ho is restrickted I live in Sweden an i had the same problem
