I have recently (well in December) done my DAS Course, and have an R6, but none of my friends have bikes, so I am looking for people in the Berks/Reading area for Bike Buddies, meets etc?

Anyone know of any?

Thanks

Na, wouldn't know anyone with a bike around there Razz.

Am from Calcot, though I don't actually have a taxed road bike at the moment, I do have a few bikes, and hopefully will get the money together to get some legally on the road soon.

I'm sure there will be some trips to box hill later in the year and was considering a few to Oldiham and M&P. Can also occasionally be found twatting about in Reading industrial estates and business parks on Sundays/evenings.

Should hopefully be riding a rs250 or dr600 on the road. Also got a zx9 that is now uninsurable for me and r6 track bike, where most of my money will be poured.

Welcome to the forum, anyway Smile.

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.

I was thinking of trying to sort occasional rides to the Lord Derby meet as well Oxford M&P... depending on time, money, MOT'd bikes and the butterflys in China.

Lord Derby is in Odiham, near Hook at M3 Jct5. If you go at any point then there will be an excessive police presence in the area so be careful.

Might look at doing something over the weekend if it's ok, seeing that I no longer have a track day to attend :'(.

Just nursing the results of last night's drunkeness. If I was not going to get a track day I was going to get pissed. It's the law.

Anyway, the weather for Berks/Oxon looks really good for tomorrow (if cold) so if anyone fancies a ride out I'd be interested Thumbs Up
