Hello everyone
As requested above, was riding along today and noticed the bike heating up quite quickly. Confused The needle was in the red and coolant started coming through the overflow pipe also i noticed that the fan was not working,i ride a hornet 600 any help would be appreciated. Thumbs Up

ps i've checked my coolant,oil and they seem fine

Head gasket?

My VFR750 did that a couple of times, turned out to be the power wire for the fan was trapped and preventing the fan from coming on when the engine temp got a bit hot if i was stuck in traffic.

Cheers Thumbs Up i'll check that out tommorow also i'll check the fuses,i dont think it's the gasket as i dident notice any excessive white smoke i hope it's something simple Smile
