Ground Anchors

My dad is getting a new bike soon, and we were looking into security stuff. He's after a ground anchor for the garage, ideally one that will drop flush with the ground when not in use (narrow garage with lots of stuff in therefore anything protruding from the floor is a tripping hazard!). Has anyone got any recommendations??

Apparently it's lots cheaper to get one made by a metal tradesman rather than to buy one.

When I move into my house I'm going to let the men in my life sort it all out - anything to save a few quid!
