Got my kmx200 engine out at last.

Well ive got round to taking the knackered engine out of my kmx200 2day. What a bitch it was to get the bolts undone, suppose i should have expected it really, seeing as everything was totally plastered in mud! Ive realised from looking at the wiring and some of the dodgy connectors, just what a shit heap state my bike is in! It looks like the bike has spent years lying in a muddy bog!
Anyway i think ive got a clue what has happened to the engine, now, as when i took the front pipe off i could hear lots of bits rattling around inside. I tipped the pipe upsidedown and was going to empty what i thought would be lumps of carbon and rust into the bin, when i noticed about half of the piston fall out, and lots of bits of broken piston ring!
Im going to take the motor into college next week, and strip it down there. I'll take a few pics as well, and post them to show all the bits of engine that i find inside the cases and barrel. I reckon that if the crankcases arn't damaged or cracked then i will need a new crank, and will need the barrel re-plated if its not beyond repair?
