Not sure what you've done there, but to add a picture,
options, [add an attachment], [browse], [add atachment], [submit].
[ ] - button
All on the bottom part when posting.
Alternativly you could host the picture somewhere on the internet,
e.g. www.photobucket.com
then in the [ img ] [ /img ] tags place the url of the pic
