You american?

We have 125's over here which are basically the same as a 150.
Never seen one of those before. As far as 4 stroke learner bikes go, it looks good! Thumbs Up

It looks slow!

Also, note that it could not be used in the UK for a learner bike as our limit is 125cc.

Thats a pretty neat bike! Smile

Just its overkill for the 150cc engine.. But it looks comfy, and nice to ride. So enjoy it!

And welcome to BCF

I was going to say you'll be from australia or new zealand if you've got a suzuki fxr150. I personally like them, better than the cbr125/150 by far and have some pretty neat looking clocks. Thumbs Up

To call them the best bike ever is a bit of an overstatement. I've ridden one before few years back, while my KR150 was getting serviced, and quite frankly I couldn't wait to get the KR150 back again. That said they are good commuters and reputed to do 120+ MPG or something crazy like that.

Glad you're enjoying your bike. What part of NZ are you from?

What made you choose a 150 as opposed to a 250?

If sold new in the u.k. it would be another example of a flash bike thats expensive to buy new, and is a huge waste of cash for what is a 125, thats not likely to be owned for that long, and has limited potential post test, assuming that they could reduce the engine size to suit our market.
If this bike is another rival to the CBR125 in that its not too expensive to make, or too trick, with alloy frame, 4pot brakes, usd forks etc, then Suzuki could sell this and usefully take up some of the fairly big 125 market share away from Honda. I would imagine that there's some reason why they havn't already done this, as surely non of the other manufacturers want Honda to run away with new 125cc sales? If its around the £2200 mark then it would be a nice bit of competition to the CBR, and it's certainely alot better looking, even if its not going to that different to ride from a GS125.

As does a 4 stroke if you don't maintain it.

Your point being?
