Possible Engine Flood

Hey,

What would be the best course of action after an engine flood has occured? It won't start no matter what.

Attempting a bump start makes the engine rotate bue I think there's really no spark occurring since it's flooded.

I've taken the spark plug out, it was soaked in petrol. I cleaned it, put it back and it didn't work.

Also, I've tried every possible combo and I'm not out of fuel. I've also turned the fuel tap off just in case.

Check to see if the spark plug gives off a blue spark when you turn engine over, if not, change it out with a new plug.
