Hello all

Went to get my bike serviced today at the aprilia shop in aylesbury and why i was there i had a look at all the bikes. Every bike i went near i hear BLEEP in the end i was surrounded by about 20 bikes BLEEPING just wanted to know is that a manourfacture alarm system or is it available to buy as i wont a decent alarm?

You can get some off ebay with remote start for around £30 I think. Cool

The bleeps were probably being caused by Datatool alarms that were set in service mode. This disables the movement detector but leaves the immobilizer on. They bleep evey 30 seconds or minuite (can't remember which) to show that they are in this mode so you remember to turn them off.

No, ApriliaRs125 is right. I went to a bike shop on Westgate Road and they have some kind of alarm that goes "beep" when you get near to each bike. It was annoying as hell, as there where three of us wandering around and all you could hear was
'beep,beep,beep..."
