I've finally booked my theory test for the 8th of April. I'll be doing my full test by the end of April then, I have the cash saved up woooo. Thumbs Up

I can't wait to get a 600, so fed up with having to scream the nuts off my NSR to get a decent speed out of it. Rolling Eyes

Woo hoo!! I just booked mine too!

30th April @ 10am.

I've got my HP CD right here, hopefully sometime within the next month I'll actually practice!

It does seem odd having to do a theory test again. I did my car theory test almost 7 years ago! Rolling Eyes

Actually, I've just thought - the CD I have here is for a driving test...it's the one McJamweasel bought to do his car theory with.

Is the motorbike one different or will I be ok to use that?

When do you think you will be taking your practical test then Karen? Smile

My practical test is 4th May Praying You should both go through the theory easy, it isn't as hard as some people make out. Thumbs Up

I have no idea. I'd like to do it this summer when I've had a few lessons and feel confident. My CBT runs out April 2006, so really I've got to do it before then! Very Happy

Well I passed. 35 out of 35 on the questions. 51 out of 75 on the hazard perception.

That hazard perception test really is a load of cack. It really doesn't bear much resemblence to actually driving or riding in real life. It's really not worth the time and effort. But, alas, the law states that you must have that shiny certificate if you want to do your practical test. Ho hum... Confused

I disagree I think HP is actually very good. It has changed the way I ride in the fact I look aheead of me and assess the situations more than I used too. Smile

The best one to get is called "driving test success" it costs a tenner from most pc world stores, i give them out free to all my pupils and every one has passed the theory first time just as well cos the retest for the theory can be up to 4 weeks eeks.

And no the hazzard perception bit is not fantastic just remeber the 2 second rule, click on hazzard wait 2 seconds click on it again job done

The trouble I find is that you don't get peripheral vision with a shitty 15 inch computer monitor. You don't get the feeling of being on the road. I'd rather spend £20 on fuel and ride around looking for arsehole drivers to practise avoiding. Laughing
