I have a problem with my MK Thrower exhaust, Oil or some kind of oil like substance starts to come out of the endcan while riding, its not a lot but its adds up after a while of riding everyday (even after a week) but i dont think its normal as you can see it all down the bottom of the endcan. The engine has being re-jetted. I have Malaguti XSM 50cc

Can anyone please help?

Its not burning off all the oil. No real worry. Try and give it a good thrash to help it keep clear.

The thrower systems can be taken apart and repacked. Get exhaust pack from M&P or somewhere. They sound a lot nicer with freash stuff inside.

Maybe they jetted it too rich just to be on the safeside, they don't want a custormers engine seizing after all.

Do you do a lot of town riding? That may build up a lot of oily residue.

If iwas you i'd take it down a dual carrigeway for about 10 minutes keeping just under the redline with the throttle wide open. That should clear things up a bit.
