Just wanted to know if anyone has been contacted by honda yet and how are honda going to contact people who have not bought the bike from honda?

If you dont know about it...

"Honda is preparing to recall 8000 bikes in the Uk to prevent a potential brake problem. Recall effects hondas combined brake system. The rear brake can leak fluid, if all fluid is lost the brakes can fail.

Models affected are 02-04 goldwings 02-04 blackbirds 02-04 vfr800s 02-04 varaderos and 02-04 pan europeans"

Should be on the Vehicle Inspectorate website, if its published then you can just take your bike in to any dealer and they will sort it free of charge.

Only Blackbirds and only late ones.
