Just ran over a squirrel.

Was going up a hill doing 50-55 and it darted out in front of me, and almost had me off. Damn my skinny 125 tyres!!

I don't know if it was killed, but i don't feel particularly pleased none the less, despite the fact I am not too keen on the little hairy critters.

I'm just glad it wasn't anything bigger, as this was the first bit of roadkill I have encountered personally.

That's my story for today Sad

So bad it's almost good. Laughing

Being crushed by a bike might not be any worse than being smashed by a shotgun. It's their own fault if they kill themselves so I wouldn't lose any sleep over it.

A small bird flew into me on Monday. It flew from the side of the road straight towards me and clipped my left thumb... I couldn't see any damage to my glove so I forgot about it, but when I stopped about 80 miles later there were a few red marks on the engine and some feathers on the chainguard.

The funny thing is, it nearly happened again on the same rideout when a bird flew accross the road VERY close infront of me. I've never noticed this problem before but then nearly twice in one rideout(not on the same road either) Thinking
