God why cant suzuki wire up bikes! I dont know about current suzooks but all the old ones ive encountered have crap wiring.

Finally got the 1100 working perfectly and the leccy gremlins are no out in force, killing bulbs, indicators and royally pissing me off.

And this is after i totally replaced ths ignition system.....

I think im going to get a good length of wire and rewire the damned thing myself and make sure it actually has earth points that have a good connection. I had to rewire the connections to the CDI after water filled up in the connector block and dissolved the connections!

Now the front tyre is bald, the chain is a length of bandy string and its blown ANOTHER tail light, BAH!

You should speak to Hustler about electrics Laughing

When you indicate, his head light comes on Laughing and when you turn the headlights on, the indicators flash Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing
