Last year I bought a Frank Thomas Aquaguard jacket from Picketts in Chiswick. Soon after Xmas I noticed that it had split near the shoulders. I went back to Picketts who duly replaced it with a new one. I've just noticed that it has split again in the same place - I rang Picketts and they were bit iffy this time about replacing it - the key question is has anyone else had problems with this jacket, or am I just unlucky.....?

Confused

Not that jacket no.

However, my jacket and winter gloves are fraying like mad and the seams are looking worse for wear. It's safe to say I willl never buy FT stuff again. Thats under 5 months use with the gloves. And 6 with the jacket. Thumbs Down

How long ago was it exactly since you got the replacement because it should still be under manufacturer's warranty and so I would check that out and if necessary contact the manufacturer and see what they say ?
