Motorway Gatzos

I woke up this morning to hear on the radio that on the wiltshire stretch of the M4 there will speed cameras as of tonight.

Does anyone think that the Motorway speed cameras are another way for the goverment to take our money.

I know that speeding is wrong and we shouldn't speed anyway but on a motorway which is probably one of the safest places to drive going a little faster is not a real problem. i believe that they are going to cause so much conjestion by slowing the traffic to a snails pace (well a fast snail anyway). What does anyone else think?
