Best?

Umm....Art cans for the cheapos (lol just kidding) and erm, akrapovic/yoshimura for the people with money to burn. Anything else is just inbetween Confused

Bit of a strange question. I'd say my remus but I haven't tried anything else. Although I do have a particular liking to IXIL and quill....just for the sounds.

Another vote for Remus. Used to have one on my ZX6R cos it was going cheap an eBay and it was good. Had them on my TL1000R (picture) as well, got the ones with removable baffles as an attempt for being slightly legal. Smile

Remus again here, you don't need a loan to buy one and better built than some of the more expensive gear. Thumbs Up

Nikkon for the 2 strokes sports bikes. They look really good and don't burn a whole in your wallet. But some of them may not be road legal, which is a bummer. Just stuff them with rock wool Razz Of course I'm not being biased Wink

I really like the sound of ART and Scorpion. Venom are nice too.

without a doubt the best exhausts are built by the Japanese

if you think Akrapovic is quality, take a close look at a full titanium Ti-Force or Yoshimura system

they are in a different league

got a stunning deal from Big CC

Full titanium system
K&N filters (now changed for BMC race)
PC IIIr
Muzzy Bonneville box (removes top speed restriction)
Full day of custom mapping

£1250

but I think because of the exchange rate that the Ti_Force are down to 700 or 800 quid now Shocked

Bargain!! The quality in that pic looks superb. Heard of BMC race filters too, they any good then? Any advantage over the K&N?

they flow a bit better and are like, at least, twenty times easier to fit

the K&Ns are a bastard to get in and out Evil or Very Mad

Is that not bike dependent? My k&n was as easy to fit as the original. Just slot it in. Mind you, I don't own a ~140bhp sportsbike Laughing

yeah, it is bike dependant the 12s slide into a slot on the top of the frame

the K&Ns don't go in without grease and loads of effort not to distort and crush them

the BMCs just drop in

140bhp - wash your mouth out Evil or Very Mad
