Derestricting honda nsr125R fox eye

I have honda nsr125 1999 new one it was manufactured in italia www.honda.it ,i derestricted it in the intake and in the exhaust.Do i need to set the carb because of derestricted intake? I'm wondering too if there is any other restrictor or some CDI unit as i read at nsr125r.com ?

cdi unit should be by the rear light. www.nsr125.com should show you where to cut the wires
