Hi all well I do not know where to start to tell you how angry I am at the moment. 3 months ago my gf ordered me a double bubble screen from fast bike bits .com. One month had passed, they had withdrawn the money and everything was ok. I rang them up and they said there was a problem with the manufacturing, bear in mind this should have arrived and no phone call was recieved to indicate there was a problem.\

2 months later and I was promised the screen a week later and still nothing. I rang again and they said they have still not recieved it, it will be another week. Another few weeks past, still no screen. Rang again and they said it was posted Monday before last. Still not here.

Rang again and was promised it would be here on Wednesday. STILL NO SCREEN. Rang again and they said it has been posted and offered me a refund. BUT I STILL WANT THE SCREEN. Oh well when it comes don't send it back to us. So I got a refund and the screen. So, I ring them up for the consignment number and they said they have not got one only a batch number where they process all the orders.

So I rang royal mail, they said that what FB have said is rubbish, there should be a consignment number. Ring them back and same story. I am totally pissed off with this company, are they yanking my chain and haven't sent it or what?? Anyone have any problems with this company before? I must admit I will not buy anything from them again. Not good for a first order is it. Sad

Maybe I'm not reading it properly, but are yopu saying that you got your cash back and also have the screen ?

If thats right what are you pissing about for. Let them send you stuff to send it back its not your problem that their so incompitent is it ?

No he got his money back but DIDN;T get the screen even though they said they had definetely sent it off. Thats just ridiculous.

Were they the only online company to stock this screen? If not, it would be better to spend a few quid more and get it in less than 3 months Laughing

That right, I still have not got my money back or the screen even though they say they sent it off. The end result is good, however the events leading to this were not dealt with properly.

i ordered a neck warmer from there about 3 weeks later still had not received it. rang them they said they were on back order and they would send it when they get it,range about 2 weeks later still not had it but they said they sent it,
so they sent me another one which i received the next day,

i think they are just being utter crap i will never order from there again, i also got my postage back too Very Happy

This is it they are really crap, they had taken the money out the beginning of February so they have gained interest on the money. This company are pits when it comes to delivery and communication. I doubt that I will receive my money back in the next couple of weeks. I'll wait till the end of next week and send a letter to them stating I want the money back as well as interest accrued. I think its a con when it says free postage and packaging because you pay for it in the price anyway. Can anyone recommend A DECENT, REPUTABLE service that DELIVER on time.
