The thing is, I did a bit of research on this here Interweb thingy (as did Stryker after we finished the test ride cos he wants one now) and it seem that:

a. All the slagging comes from people who've never owned or ridden one.

b. Hardly anyone who has owned one has bothered to write up a webby or review slagging it.

c. Somehow the bike press criticism of the bodywork (the original reference to the teapot similarity) seems to have overshadowed the fact that they rather liked the bike.

Hmmm. take a close look. There's a lot of bikes could be called a teapot. Just that someone chucked the mud at GSX first and it stuck. To me, it looks great, a the ride is something else. Although I did get to ride a friends GSXR600 and found that to be one hell of a bike but no where near as comfortable as my trusty GSX

I've had some fun on it. They don't handle that bad for a big bike either. Thumbs Up Going from the ZXR tho the rev limiters a bit low. Laughing
