Another wet race

2nd Race meeting of the year for me and another wet one.

Left Belfast on Saturday morning and it was pouring with rain. Arrived 3 hours later at Mondello Park, perfect weather. Did a days practice, all went well.

Got up Sunday morning, absolutly pissing it down.
Put the wets on and out for qualifing, I was 11th in my group and 25th overall, this put me on the 6th row of the grid.

Race time and I got a shit start, dropped back about 3 places,
After lap 1 I just went for it, started passing people and got up to 18th. On the last lap I had a great battle with my mate. On the last corner he cut across me and I ended up in the Gravel again!!!! (did this at last meeting)., but kept it upright back on to track and finished 19th. Job done.

About 10 minutes after I got back to paddock the meeting was abandoned due to the severe conditions, so never got the 2nd race. But racing in those conditions was scary, standing water on a lot of the track.
