If the seat's quite foamy, you can get some foam cut out of it to bring it down a bit, or replace it with a thin gel pad seat instead.
You can get serious suspension changes made if you really need to.
Two tiptoes or one flat foot is plenty *when you're confident with it* but if it's doing your head in it might be time to make a change.
How long have you had the bike? The first few weeks of riding my CBR I was convinced it was too high for me, now it doesn't bother me cos I'm used to it and I know 'where' the weight is and what it's gonna do. I rode Korn's XR at the weekend and even though I could reach the ground just as well as on the CBR, it felt terrible just cos it's a completely different kind of bike and I wasn't confident with where the weight is and that threw me (I can get on another sportbike and if feels okay cos they're not that different from the cbr).
