Don't underestimate the supras Very Happy

If it's anything like this one, then yes, it will beat a gsxr no problem Wink

Looking at that video, I miss the one my dad used to have. Japanese imported one, 3l. Didn't go very fast for a supra but sure looked the part. That supra is far from standard Laughing

I also do like supra's, i just didn't think it could have a 1000cc bike. After seeing that vid...wow they are fast. Cool vid, the supra got 8.72 1/4 mile. Thumbs Up

FYI, the UK spec Supra's are faster and come with more equipment than Jap spec ones. Thumbs Up

Aye I know. I think ours was something like 250hp, but that wasn't the turbo version and didn't have the special "chip" that increased it's performance ten fold. Or so it claimed.

Bought for £20k, sold for £7k, in the space of 2.5 years. Was up for sale for ages too. Just couldn't shift it.

Mind you, it did look well better than the uk supras. Shocked

There's nothing to say that those two knew each other, or that the the GSXR was really racing. It looks like they were catching traffic up and the bike backed off - hardly much of a race if it's only five seconds! Laughing
